All Things Pink & Girly Nursery Design

Today nursery inspiration comes to us from Maria of Mia Mum and features a "All Things Pink & Girly" theme. After having three boys in a row, Maria and her husband were delighted to learn that they were expecting a baby girl and couldn't wait to start designing a feminine space for their little princess. Inspired by some pink "rag rugs" she found while shopping one day, Maria was instantly reminded of these shabby vintage pieces that her grandmother once made and knew that she'd like to incorporate them into the room design. I absolutely LOVE the color palette of pink, ivory and grey as well as all of the vintage touches that were added to this space. The Alyssa Chandelier from Pottery Barn Kids provides a great focal point and Maria did a terrific job of incorporating many DIY projects to make this an extra special room for her daughter to grow up in.
