Googly Eyes for the Cutest Mummy Cupcakes

As Zoe Madeleine wrote on her Instagram . . . “No food is safe from googly eyes this month!”. These mummy cupcakes are just the cutest with their googly eyes peeking out from the frosting. You can either frost homemade or store bought cupcakes with frosting or melted white chocolate and pop on a few or even just one of the candy eye balls.
